As Promised

Crystal at Crystal Clear Proofing made a new award, which I am happy to accept! It's for cat lovers, and it's easy to pass on, so I can fulfill my promise to do so right away without battling Blogger's hyperlink tool.
If you adore your furry friend (even when they spit up hairballs on the carpet rather than the tile no matter how many times you try to teach them) then take the award and display it proudly!

  1. Hi, I feel funny about just taking this award, but I love my 4 pussycats who were all dumped out here as kittens. The youngest puss, Halo, sits on the computer desk and smoodges my face the whole time I'm on the computer. I will give this award to them :o) Thanks

It really is amazing how many writers have cats!

  3. What about when they hack up on your freshly washed comforter? Do you still feel the love? :)

  5. Niki--with four cats you definitely deserve it!
Jemi--It is amazing, plus I see cats at all my favorite used bookstores. They must be the writer's muse (though Dean Koontz did pretty well with a dog)
Southpaw--My husband certainly doesn't feel the love then! I tell him my little Orangie-kins can do no wrong. He's really jealous of that damn cat.
    Elizabeth--Thanks!
Dezmond--Thanks. Three would be nice, but my hubby already thinks we're overrun at two.
